Life can often be wonderful – an adventure with challenges and excitement or peaceful with a sense of fulfilment and harmony. And then sometimes it can be confusing, painful or feel empty. This is when talking to someone with training and experience can be particularly helpful.
Counselling and Psychotherapy is a unique relationship which offers a safe, accepting environment enabling you to explore the things that hurt and feel difficult. With courage and commitment and in the companionship of a caring professional, you may find fresh insight, self-awareness and empowerment to make even the most difficult of decisions and changes.
I am a compassionate professional therapist with over 15 years of experience in dealing with the issues that may confront us all at differing times in our lives for example loss and bereavement, divorce and separation, work or personal stress. I have additional training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Couple counselling and Eating Distress.
My Wallingford practice is central and within close proximity to Oxford.
In Reading i am a partner at Mind Garden Therapy Centre and work from this centrally located practise.
